And how about those trout! Canadian spring water speckled trout, the most beautiful fish in the world and you've got em, lots and lots of em.  So many you can hear them talking to each other between the ponds...  

Well, maybe not, but you can hear them splash on a calm evening when they jump right out of the water after a stray mayfly foolish enough to cross their pond. You can even have a swim with them, if you're brave enough, these fish are bigger than they look and that clear spring water is pretty cold, even in the middle of July.
